The covered vaulted ceiling with air circulating fan keeps breezes flowing in the semi-desert climate.
A traditional classic. Warm neutral tones set the scene for this family’s entertainment oasis. An open and inviting entertaining flow keeps conversations accessible from the kitchen through to the dining area. With distinct rooms for well-defined purposes, the furniture placement becomes very strategic to achieve an open yet dividable main floor. Finished with classic furniture, varying textures, a plethora of patterns and fine china and accent pieces on display, this showstopper is the perfect combination of old meets new.
With a strict budget and an out of date condo, this client was looking to bring their Scandinavian flair to customize their main residence to reflect their personalities. The clients presented the vision and the task was to work within their creativity to bring the project to fruition. The challenges arose finding materials the homeowners loved at a reasonable price point. The goal was contemporary and minimal, yet distinctive.
